“Really, Tyler?” Bonnie looked in disbelief at her husband, frowning. He could soundproof the room, she would still try to quieten down their baby boy. “You can do that while I’ll lull Max to sleep,” she said softly, still rocking gently the crying baby cuddled in her arms. She descended, walking through the hallway until she entered the living room, and took seat on the couch. In a sitting position, she continued to cradle the newborn, stroking his bald head with affection as an additional gesture to soothe the baby.
